Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This website is the private member portal of the Geronimo Men’s Division (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from members and visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Membership information you provide, or that an administrator adds on your behalf: your name, email address, mobile and phone number, mailing address, occupation, and division role. This information appears in the members-only directory.
  • Account information: your username and password (passwords are stored encrypted).
  • Usage information: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the member portal, the member directory, and your account.
  • To send you division announcements and notifications by email and, if you have opted in, by text message (SMS). These communications are for member purposes only, not marketing. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • To keep the site secure and to improve how it works.

Text Message (SMS) Program

Members may receive text message (SMS) notifications about division announcements at the mobile number on file. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive these messages.

  • Message frequency varies — you will generally receive a text when a new announcement is posted.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. For help, reply HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (such as our SMS provider), solely for that purpose.

For full text messaging terms, see our Terms and Conditions.

Who Can See Your Information

  • Your directory details are visible only to logged-in members, not to the public.
  • Administrators can view and manage member information.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers described below.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services that process data only to help us run the site: our web host (Bluehost), site analytics (Google Analytics), and our email and text-message providers (for example, Brevo for email and Twilio for SMS alerts). These providers handle your information solely to deliver their services to us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Your Choices

  • Review and update your profile information at any time while logged in.
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
  • Ask us to correct or remove your information by contacting us (below).

Data Retention

We keep your membership information for as long as you are a member. We will remove it on request or when your membership ends, except where we are required to keep it.
