Geronimo • Los Angeles Men’s Division

Be the man you’ve always wanted to be.

Iron sharpens iron. We become better men together — stronger husbands, fathers, and leaders, and no one walks it alone.

Who We Are

Most men carry it alone — the pressure, the doubt, the weight of being everything to everyone. We were done doing that. Geronimo is a Los Angeles brotherhood of fathers, husbands, tradesmen, business owners, veterans, and young men who decided they were meant for more.

Every week we come together and push each other to lead — at home, at work, and in our community. No fixing. No lectures. Just men who have your back and won’t let you settle for less than you’re capable of.

You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just have to be willing to show up. Come to a meeting, look us in the eye, and find out what happens when you stop doing life alone.

The Sterling Men’s Weekend

Most of us started at the Sterling Men’s Weekend — a raw, honest reckoning with what it actually means to be a man: husband, father, son, leader. Produced by the Sterling Institute of Relationship since 1979, it has put hundreds of thousands of men face-to-face with themselves. They walked out changed.

Haven’t done the Weekend? You’re still welcome at our table. Come meet the men first — many of us did it in exactly that order.

What Men Find Here

Brotherhood

Men who know your name, know your goals, and notice the week you go quiet. You don’t fight alone anymore.

Accountability

Say what you’ll do — then do it. Your brothers hold the line when it would’ve been easier to let it slide.

Purpose

Get dead clear on the life you actually want — then take ground on it, every single week.

Come to a Meeting

The only way to know if this is for you is to sit in a room with us. No cost, no obligation — just men being straight with each other.
